FAQS
Do you provide alcohol?
The Roaming Revel DOES NOT carry a liquor license to sell alcohol. We are a dry-hire service. Dry-hire services give the client freedom to purchase their own alcohol. The Roaming Revel provides everything else and holds a general and liquor liability, along with state certifications that venues require.
Do you charge for travel?
We do not charge for travel if the event is held within 30 miles. Travel fees apply for every mile over 30. Please contact us to confirm we service your area.
Do you require a deposit?
To secure your date and time slot, we do require a 20% deposit which includes a non-refundable booking fee. Short-term notice bookings may require a larger deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do understand unexpected circumstances can arise. However, please note that all booking fees are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable only if the event is canceled at least 30 days in advance (minus the booking fee). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event, deposits are not eligible for a refund.
Can you do a cash bar?
Dry-hire services per state law, do not allow for transactions that contain alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased by the client.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes! Our bartenders are state certified to control liquor in Nevada. We carry liquor liability insurance policy and general liability insurance policy.
